Project Architect & Design Interior

BLUE ANTZ ARCHITECTS & INTERIOR seeking for talented personnel for:

PROJECT ARCHITECT - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Architect is responsible for the process from the pre-design to construction phase and overseeing issues and coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors. The Architect responsibilities include,but are not limited to:

1. Developing design concepts based on local building regulations.
2. Have the ability to get involved in documentation production from schematic to construction phase.
3. Manage, review, and coordinate architectural project.
4. Assist in the preparation of project milestone schedules.
5. Identify and coordinate any project required permits.
6. Manage coordination meetings.
7. Have a good knowledge inlocal materials and specification.
8. Participate in the weekly project development team meetings to discuss project status, project resources, and other needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architectural
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as project architect.
3. Able to speak and write in English (essential)
4. Familliarity with local specifications and materials.
5. Proficiency in computer knowledge (CAD, Sketchup , PSD) is a must.
6. Exposure to  high rise, large scale of mix used, commercial, residential, and hospitality projects are essential.
7. Able to work in a team
8. This is a full time possition.  

DESIGN INTERIOR - DESIGNER JOB DESCRIPTION:

responsible for the process from design phase and overseeing issues and coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors.:

1. Developing idea and concept design process from the beginning
2. Have the ability to get involved in documentation production from schematic to construction phase.
3. Manage, review, and coordinate with client.
4. Assist in the preparation of project milestone schedules.
5. Manage coordination meetings.
6. Have a good knowledge inlocal materials and specification.
7. Participate in the weekly project development team meetings to discuss conceptual design and other needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
2. Minimum 5 years of experience asinterior designer
3. Able to speak and write in English (essential)
4. Familliarity with modern design type , local specifications and materials.
5. Proficiency in computer knowledge (CAD, Sketchup , PSD) is a must.
6. Able to work in a team
7. This is a full time possition.
