Job Description:

1. Oversee the workers and the equipment they operate on the factory floor.
2. Responsible for contributing to and carrying out production strategy decisions.
3. This position will handle 6 departments (Painting, Die casting, Engineering, Production Control, QC) and be assistant Japanese Director
4. All manager per department (local & Japanese native) will be reporting to you

Job Requirements:

1. Male only, min 40 yo
2. Minimum Diploma degree any majoring should be graduate from Japan
3. Japanese speaker at least N3
4. Experience as a Factory manager at spare part/ automotive manufacturing at least 2 years
5. Good communication in English
6. Good interpersonal skill & leadership skill
