• Min 1 yr experience in same field
• Good in communication
• Detail oriented

Job Desc :

• Trouble shooting related to server, application development, server administrator, network, and technical support
• monitoring and analysis all of service requests from user in accordance with SLA’s target
• Maintain good relation with external vendors
