- Min 1 yr experience in same field
- Good in communication
- Detail oriented
Job Desc :
- Trouble shooting related to server, application development, server administrator, network, and technical support
- monitoring and analysis all of service requests from user in accordance with SLA’s target
- Maintain good relation with external vendors
