We are PT. SATYA ABADI PHARMA, looking for qualified and highly motivated candidates for the following position:

HR STAFF – (HR-LIn)

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for selection, interview psycho test, scoring, Dealing with candidate in offering process, preparing employment contract , etc
• Handling for mutation, promotion, demotion process of employee
• Handling for compensation & benefit employees (payroll, tax, bpjs/jamsostek, medical reimbursement, and other benefits)
• Manage all the administration process and filling the HRD documents
• Development training new field force
• Help implement performance management activities all employees

Requirements:

• Candidate must  possess at least bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00
• Maximum 26 years old
• At least 2 year(s) of working experiences in related field for this position
• Have knowledge in Recruitment process such as candidate selection, interviewing, and psychological and administrative
• Based office located in Jakarta, willing to located in Bintaro (Tangerang Selatan) is required.
