Customer Support

Responsibilities :
- Handle Incoming call and customer complain
- Creating and evaluating report about complain customer
- Take care of communication with customer
- Maintaining customer data
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Candidate must prosses at least Diploma , Bachelor’s Degree , any field.
- Required languages; English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
