Chief Sales Support

Job Description :

• Plan and monitor sales and promotion budget (including distributors claim management).
• Monitor & review promotion effectiveness.
• Conduct market visit to obtain information on promotional trends, initiatives and competitors activities.
• Consult with other functions internally (Sales, Marketing, Finance) as well as externally (Key Accounts, distributors) as necessary to gain information and insights, as well as achieve results that are aligned with company objectives.

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree
• Have experience minimum 2 years on FMCG
• Excellent in communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Fluent in spoken & written English.
• Good in numbers and analytical skill.
• Have a good knowledge of Modern Trade (Minimarket, Hypermarket, Supermarket) and General Trade.
• Experienced in handling claims from distributors
