• Min GPA 3.2
• Having experience in broadcasting company at least for 2 years
• Having experience as business process improvement / business analyst / internal audit / procedure / risk management at least for 2 years (main requirement)
• Good communication skill
• Good presentation skill
• Good analytical thingking
• Good negotiation skill
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work independent
• Expert using excel, visio, power point.
