Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in any discipline
2. Have experience minimum five years as HR in Mining/Oil & Gas/Agricultural/Transportation or equal company
3. Have experience in legal, contract, recruitment & administration
4. Independent & dynamic person
5. Excellent in communication skill
