Jod Description :

1. Manage the performance of the call center team and ensure they consustently achieve their target.
2. Lead,motivate and evaluate a team of operators.
3. Make team reports.
4. Organisme and manage call center team,operational capacity planning
5. Monitor and evaluate the quality of call season and recording. Provide feedback to the operation in purpose of collection team performance. 6. Ensure effective function of collection process in working with the system.
6. Hard worker and highly motivated.
7. Good at using computer,internet,social media & communicate online 

Requirement :

1. Max 35 years old
2. Experience call center/telesales/telemarketing min 2 years.
3. Experience in handling team/team management min 2 years.
4. Experience handle team +/- 30 people.
5. Excellence communication & personal skills
6. Good international skills & fast leader.
7. Well organized & detail oriented
8. Good presentation skills
9. Excellence communication skills in English
10. Good data entry & typing skills
