Customer Relation Staff
Location: Jakarta

Requirements:

• Young adults in their 20s
• Fluent in JAPANESE (business level) and English (intermediate level)
• Fresh graduates are OK
• Must be a university graduate
• Friendly, polite, good in communication skill and public speaking
• Able to work in a fast paced environment

Job description:

• Translate documents and interpret speech (Japanese-Indonesian-English)
• Support general affairs and marketing executives in day to fay activities
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
• Building long-term relationships with customers/clients
• Addressing customer concerns and complaints
• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
• Collaborate with internal teams
