Finance Manager

Need Finance Manager for Energy Company ...

Some criteria we need to include for sourcing the right candidate:

1. Degree in Finance (bachelor)
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience. If we look at the age I would say around 35 years old and up.
3. Hands-on attitude and team player. Working in a small team so if and when required you need to roll up the sleeves and execute transactions as well.
4. Understands a balance sheet and knows how to check his/her own work.
5. Working experience in the construction industry is a benefit, but not a must have. An understanding of project accounting is required.

Responsibilities will include:

1. 1. Managing the day-to-day finance requirements of the company.
2. 2. Responsible for trial balance and tax returns, for day-to-day transactions a second person is available. But in case of workload and / or vacation periods the day-to-day accounting will be part of the scope.
3. 3. Responsible for the quarterly reports to the head office in the Singapore / The Netherlands.
4. 4. Reports in line to the Country Manager, in function to the Regional Controller in Singapore.

Salary:
For the right candidate a package of up to IDR 15-20 million net per month is available.
