Country Leader

[JOB OPPORTUNITY]

We are hiring!

Currently a Country Leader (for Safety Equipment Business) for one of our client, Honeywell is in urgent needed to be placed at Jakarta office.

Main responsibility:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve the business results through coaching and effective MOS
• Build strong trust-based relationships with managers to be their counsel for supply chain and customer support costs, processes and day-to-day management
• Accurately forecast and achieve regional revenue and P/L Objective

Main requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university & related major
• 10 years’ experience in related industries with at least 3 years executive management experience
• Experienced in selling Safety Equipment will be preferred
• Established track record in managing organizational change
• Strong financial acumen, setting and achieving targets/KPI and reporting on these KPIs.
