Job Description
  1. Consult with line managements to review organization structure, job analysis, job description, and business strategies
  2. Conduct HR Calendars ( MPP, Performance Management, Key Performance Indicators, Performance Appraisal, Employee Promotions and Increase Salary).
  3. Create talent development program in corporate such as Management Trainee, Supervisor Development, Leadership Development Programs, and ect.
  4. Manage and update all of the HR policies and procedures.
  5. Create training need analysis and implementation
  6. Conduct Psychological Assesment (Direct Test, Analysis, Interpretation Report).

Job Requirements
  1. Age maximum is 30 years
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Psychology (Psychologist)
  3. Excellent analytical thinking, building relationship, and communication skill.
  4. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  5. Willing to go on bussiness trip.
  6. Willing to be placed at Head Office Kedoya
