- 2+ years of Full Stack Web development experience (NodeJS is a MUST)
- Experience scaling backends (sockets, databases etc)
- Mobile app experience (React Native, Ionic, etc)
- Solid CS fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
- Enjoys working on small, agile teams
- Motivated, and can work independently with minimal supervision
- Good English communications skills (written and verbal)
