Position Title: GM Corporate Planning & Compliance Control
Jakarta - 12 months; renewal

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering / Accounting / Management
• Minimum 10 years work experience
• Managing a team (number of team members) 5 people
• Reporting to Director
• Business Awareness
• Analytical Thinking
• Understanding & Implementing ISO 9001
• Preferred Experience Power Plant; Project Based Industry
• Age> 35 years old

Job Description:

• Oversee developments and maintain the company's work plan
• Monitor operational execution of the company's work plan
• Prepare Corporate Planning, conduct Corporate Control and develop systems and procedures
• Track and review KPIs, the purpose and objectives of the company's work plan
• Deploy and maintain real time Key Performance Indicator Company dashboards
• Reviewing, investigating and proposing the development of a new system
• Develop effective procedures and processes
• Analyze matters related to strategy development, company planning, performance management and quality control
