One of our client, a Japanese Diesel Machinery Manufacturer company located in Depok, is looking for HRGA Assistant Manager to join with their team.
[Qualification]
- Minimal Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Minimal 5 years of working experience in HR and GA (especially experienced in handling recruitment, training and development, and HR administration).
- Minimal experience as supervisor level in related position
- Have experience in labor union/IR will be an advantage
- Willing to do business trip outside Jakarta for recruitment related matters
- Character: detailed oriented, good in social and interaction skill, able to do adaptation towards new environment, and also systematic.
- Good in English (writing and speaking)
