IT Business Analyst, Product Owner

Our client is looking for candidates for the following position :

 1. IT Business Analyst (Jakarta Selatan)
     Job description :

• Eliciting business requirement details with stakeholder, including but not limited to validating and verifying requirements.
• Analyzing and designing system process, functional and the impact toward the implementable form.
• Providing recommendation, alternate and workaround solutions of any issues during implementation.
• Acting as a bridge between clients and project teams; including planning, coordinating, communicating, monitoring, facilitating, scheduling and evaluating the progress

     Experience :

• Having Min. 2 years experience as Business Analyst/ business consultant/QA/Developer/SA in IT Co/ Fintech Co
• Preferably having experience in system for banking, transaction, payment, multifinance, loan, e-commerce. - Having Good Understanding of SDLC and its methodologies.
• Familiar with BRD, FSD, TSD, RFP, TOR, SOR, UML.
• Able to speak and write Mandarin is a must, fluent in english a plus point
• Having a Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or other relevant majors

2. Product Owner (Jakarta Pusat)
    Job description :

• Assist team in product development cycle from providing product specification design to deploying the product. - Analyze business requirements, design user flow and technical specification based on business requirements.
• Provide testing scenarios, carry out product demonstration and lead User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• Facilitate and track progress within software development, environment setup, quality assurance and product deployment.
• Evaluate post production of the product and propose for enhancement/fixing (if required).

    Experience :

• Minimum 2 years experience as Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst or Technical Consultant.
• Preferably having experience in software development for banking, payment, biller or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and its methodologies, OOP/OOD, Client-Server, UML, DFD, ERD and De/Normalization.
• Successfully delivered technical documents such as FSD, SRS, etc. in previous works.
• Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent.
