• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management and Engineer Industrial, Law & Others
• Required skill(s): experience with assesment tools, have  good knowledge of hr functions (recruitment, training & people development), understanding about KPI, computer literacy (microsoft office). Good comunication and negotiation skill, detail,result oriented,honest, well organize,high integrity person.

Responsibility
People & Organizational Development ;

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system
• Training need Analysis and training matrix
• Develop training and program development
• Assist in performance management processes
• Competency matrix
• Support in employee engagement program
• Review and update job description
• Know about Sap System
