Requirements:
  • Maximum 29 years old
  • Bachelor Degree of any major, preferable Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • Minimum experience 2-3 years
  • Good communication skill, have strong willing to work with limited supervisor
  • Have strong initiative and able to develop people development program
Job Description:
  • Direct all training and development activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently,cost effectively and in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards
  • Analyze and identify the training and development needs of employees
  • Develop, deliver and evaluate training programs and curriculum so skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s requirements
  • Design training curriculum and method
  • Develop an overall training plan to meet the current and planned HR requirements of the organization
