Position :

3. Regional HR Manager
    Job Description :

• Provides HR advice & support to managers & employees in the region to ensure best practice HR delivery according to the relevant regional industrial relations or legislative frameworks
• Prepares and implements the company’s Human Resource policies, practices & procedures in respect of employees
• Attends to the recruitment of suitably qualified personnel to meet requirements of operating and functional areas and participates in workforce planning
• Focal point and responsible for all Industrial Relations matters including negotiations of Union Collective Agreements 5. May develop training programs, including orientation and induction as necessary 6. Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System

    Job Requirements :

• Solid knowledge of the Fair Work Act and other Federal and State legislation relevant to employment.
• Requires the ability to negotiate and communicate well to all levels of employees and management.
