Job Description

• Responsible for doing research and develop the right strategy for the company.
• Research and know, how to apply research result to real business strategy action.
• Serve as a point-of-contact to conduct research.
• Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a whole.
• Work with the team to understand and investigate feedback into the service, function or product provided.
• Use data modeling and visualization practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions considering the opportunities and risks for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
• Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation.
• Provide the necessary and relevant data and reports through the use of various data analytical methods (benchmarking, forecasting, competitive analysis, etc.).

Job Requirements

• Must have experience 5 business analysis or related fields.
• University degree in any field of business or information technology. A master's degree is a plus.
• Preferably experiences in Game Industry, Big start-up, or Business consultant with a proven track record.
• Fluent communication skill in both Spoken English & Written English is a must.
• Mandarin language skill is a must
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience in data visualization, creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Advanced competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
