OCA (Omni Comunication Assistant), a Startup Project by Telkom Indonesia
A programmable bot system for helpdesk that allow making broadcast system broadcasts of voice, text and multimedia in large quantities at the same time to customers.

We're looking for Operational Support

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum S1 Degree, preferred major in Engineering with IPK min 2.75
• Be deligent, dynamic, self motivated, able to work independetly or team
• Good understanding basic and advanced network monitoring, security system and IT Service Management
• Having capability to process and analysis data into information
• Fast Learner
• Fresh Graduate are welcome

Job Desc:

• Delivery project operation
• Daily reports of activity at client at the client to to supervisor / manager
• Proactive to solve any technical case on time and escalate to supervisor if need the assist
• Deliver the technical Knowledge to the client with good self-presence
• Monitoring ongoing project
