Position :

1. Business Development Manager
    Job Description :

• Analyse key business opportunities.
• Develop applicable leads for the agency through a defined sales funnel.
• Initiate new relationships with potential clients.
• Lead introductory pitches/meetings between clients & agency leaders.
• Manage & assisting a small team of Business Development officers.
• Oversee end-to-end sales process.
• Working with the business leaders to define a new business strategy.
• Collaborating with the design team to develop marketing tools.
• Keep up to date with industry offerings & competitors pricing.
• Increase new business opportunities through digital marketing & other routes to market.

    Job Requirement :

• 23 - 35 yo.
• 3 years work experience in digital marketing account executive and/or business development.
• Has a strong connection with local agency leaders & potential clients with big digital marketing budget spend allocation.
• Proven success in business development, client relationship and servicing skills & solution-based selling.

2. Community Manager (Online Advertising Agency company) (Jakarta Utara)
    Job Description :

• Take ownership of client needs/requests related to online community and social media influencers campaign and ensuring they are facilitated through to completion within the required timeframe.
• Developing an effective influencer communication strategy and oversee the implementation, by combining in-depth knowledge of client business objectives and online strategies.
• Planning and supervising events (online and offline) related to online community and social media influencers campaign.
• Develop strong relationship with Online Community and Social Media Influencers with the long-term partnership to keep in mind.

    Job Requirement :

• Male or Female, 24-32 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Communication, Public Relations
• 3 years experience working with online community and social media influencers.
• Must have previous agency experience.
• Capable to organize events related to online community and social media influencers campaign.
• Strong passion in online public relations and social media.
