Urgently Needed for client (Digital Health Platform company) (Sudirman, Jakarta)
Position :

1. Claim Analyst
    Job Description:

• Handle Claim based on company procedures
• As company representative to provide information about the claim procedures

    Job Requirement :

• At least 2 years experience in the related field
• Preferably candidates who have previous experience in BPJS Kesehatan
• Attention into details
• Expert in using Ms Office, SAP, or related administrative platform

2. Investment Manager (South Jakarta)
    Job Description :

• Contribute to developing the networks of the company for deal sourcing and portfolio support.
• Industry and market research for potential impact investees which have the potential to generate financial as well as social- and environmental returns
• Engage with promising companies in (pre-) Due Diligence phase and create detailed financial models, produce Investment Memos for decision making in the Pre-Investment Committee and Investment Committee;
• Participate in investment negotiations and structuring of transactions;
• Identify and provide non-financial support needs of investee companies;

    Job Requirement :

• University, MBA or equivalent qualification;
• 5 - 8 years of experience in finance and investments;
• Strong background in mezzanine and / or venture debt finance and demonstrated experience in structuring debt/mezzanine instruments;
• Previous exposure to social/impact investing is desirable;
