Salary: 8-10 Million
Location: West Jakarta
Industry: Electronic E-commerce
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-12:30 am. 1:30-6:00 pm.

Position：Online Customer service

Job Description:

• Use online chat tools, Answer Lazada, Shopee, JDID shop customers online inquiry.
• Solve the problems of customers before and after shopping.
• Use online communication skills to guide customers to place orders successfully.

Requirement:

• College degree or above
• working experience in Lazada, Shopee, JDID etc. is preferred
• Master English or Chinese (Chinese preferred), except for native language
• Proficient in online chat skills, good at communicating with people
