Position : Asistant HRD Manager/Manager HRD (Cikarang)

Qualification:

• Age : 35-40 years old
• Education : Min Bachelor Degree
• Experience : Min 2 years as a Asistant Manager HRD/Manager in manufacturing company, and preferable from electronic company
• Good attitude and have leadership

Jobdesc:

1. Handle Industrial Relationship
2. Can create HRD systems
3. Analyze all policies and procedures that should be in accordance with applicable labor laws and ensure that all levels, especially the executive, are aware of any changes in this law.
4. Planning in terms of monitoring employee performance that can be followed up with the most appropriate actions ranging from disciplinary action, counseling and also try to help in solving problems faced by employees
5. Able to establish good relations in a short time with other team members
6. Having experience in matters related to HR issues
7. Having the ability to provide advice that is closely related to the field of management and human resource development in the company
8. Other task related to this Job
