    Minimum Requirements for this role is 
  1. 15 years culinary Experience. 
  2. Working in Five star Hotels in either Europe , Australia/ New Zealand , United States or Middle East. 
  3. Previous work experience in Asia is an advantage. 
  4. Must be fluent in English and have the ability to lead a large culinary team with strong HACCP knowledge.
