Minimum Requirements for this role is
- 15 years culinary Experience.
- Working in Five star Hotels in either Europe , Australia/ New Zealand , United States or Middle East.
- Previous work experience in Asia is an advantage.
- Must be fluent in English and have the ability to lead a large culinary team with strong HACCP knowledge.
