Finance & Accounting Manager

We are ASRI (a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group).
Currently, we are looking for Finance & Accounting Manager.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting
• Good communication (written and verbal) in Bahasa and Fluent in English.
• Experience in Property Business, especially in handling Mix used area in Property Operation Management (POM) Strata Title: Apartment, Office Building and Estate.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the same position.
• Good managerial skills which include, capability in creating, delivering and managing effective planning/scheduling, supervision of work, reporting and general leadership of team.
• Good problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis, problem and solution statement.
• Service Oriented, willingness to learn, excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Representative, friendly and caring manner
• Familiar in working with expatriate
• Applicants must be willing to work in SCBD.
