Legal Staff

Hi, Legal Enthusiast,

PT Sky Energy Indonesia Tbk is looking for someone to be part of our Legal Staff, with requirements are below:

Requirements:

• Male min. 24 yo - max. 30 yo.
• At least Bachelor from Law
• At least 2 years working experience in the related field (fresh graduate are welcome)
• Having knowledge and skills to do legal and permitt matters
• Having experience to deal with OJK compliance
• Experience to handling variance company cases
• Handle general corporate matters (RUPS, establishment of new companies, etc.); liaise with public notaries, external lawyers and government authorities in relation to general corporate, licensing of companies and corporate secretarial matters
• Perform English actively
• Posses SIM A and C
• Good communication and analytical skill-sets.
• Willing to be placed in Gunung Putri, Bogor.
