Quantity Surveyor

One of our client, Japanese Construction Company located in Sudirman Jakarta, currently looking for "Quantity Surveyor (for Bekasi Project area)". With requirement below:

Requirements:

1. Female.
2. Education : Minimum diploma degree from civil engineer.
3. Working Experience : Minimum 1 year experience in related field
4. Comprehend/understand overall work sequence of the building process in details and systematic.
5. Willing to work overtime

Job description:

1. Preparation of the budget material needs in a project.
2. Searching for material and competitive suppliers.
3. Estimating the additional work to the client or sub-contractor.
4. The accuracy of mandor opname
5. Accuracy in conducting the stock opname of all use of the material after the completion of the project.
6. Responsible for safety and health in the scope of works.
