Staff IT Support

Dear All,
Currently our client Japanese manufacture in Depok, is looking for staff IT Support with qualification as below:

Responsibilities

• Support users for all IT related technical issues (network connection, internet, video conference, PC, Printer, new PC Configuration, etc.).
• Maintain server system and data backup regularly according to SOP
• Update IT inventory data and control the software license expiry date for renewal.
• Secure the IT room
• Support the Supervisor of IT Section in troubleshoot and solve technical issues of IT users, and maintaining the IT system based on SOP.

Required

• D3/ S1 in Computer science/ IT
• 2 years’ experience in a similar position as IT Support.
• Good English skill spoken and written English.
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment is an added advantage.
• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
