Responsibilities
  • Receive invoices from vendors and ensure all documents are complete
  • Confirm vendor balance
  • Workmanlike. diligent, thorough, and responsible
  • Make payments in a timely manner
  • Make a bank statement
  • Archive documentation
  • Petty cash every day
  • Provide monthly reports
  • Taxation
Qualification
  • Candidates must apply for at least a diploma, bachelor's degree in finance / accounting / tax
  • Man/Woman
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficient in MS Office operations
  • Able to work with pressure
  • Multi Talent
  • Has brevet A & B profit certificate certificate
