We are an Oil & Gas Services Company.
We are looking for :

HR Business Partner (HR-BP) Team Leader
Requirements:

1. Male/Female, possesses Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline, preferably in Psychology or HR Management;
2. Having minimum 7 years working experience in similar position;
3. Good knowledge in Indonesian Labor Law and compensation and benefits;
4. Broad knowledge in best HR practice area;
5. Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) ;
6. Fluent in English, both written & spoken.
