PLANT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule and stock
• Maintain clean and safe workplace
• Analyze production cost and inventory to establish areas for improvements
• Ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies
• Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources
• Ensure production target are met
• Develop processes to increase productivity
• Develop and establish a strong team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering and relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in field
• Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations, Strong Communication, Management and Supervisory Skills
• Required skills: Production Management, ISO 9001:2015, PDCA Cycle
• Having knowledge about resin material and pvc production
• Strong leadership and managerial ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computer Technology
• Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong aptitude for root couse analysis and troubleshooting operational issues Willing to work at Pasuruan, East Java
