Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor's Degree
2. Required languages : Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, English
3. Min. 3 Years of working experience in retail industry;
4. Proficient in ms. office (excel & word), excellent communication skills & record keeping;
5. Indonesian citizenship;
6. headhunter experience is a plus;

Job Description :

1. Filling positions within an organization;
2. Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization;
3. Developing own network of suitable candidates;
4. Handling of administration and record-keeping;
5. Executing recruitment plans efficiently, drafting and posting job descriptions;

Salary range: 15-18m
