Head Chef

WE ARE HIRING *HEAD CHEF*!

• Must possess at least high school certificate (SMA/SMK), preferably in culinary, hotel management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in culinary, with prior experience as a Head Chef in the last 3 years.
• Having strong ability in calculating food cost, cooking and serving food with good hygine for any scale (small or big).
• Mastering in seafood and Chinese food menus.
• Strong leadership skill and able to work with a team.
• Placement will be in Manokwari.
