KYC (Know Your Customer) Intern

Hi! I am Bunga and I am representing Alumak Indonesia (Aspire Financial Technologies). We are a multinational fintech start up and we are currently looking for "KYC (Know Your Customer) Intern" for the following shift:
1. Evening Shift (16.00-24.00)
2. Weekend Shift (Saturday, Sunday, and 1 day during weekdays)

What you will do:

• Onboard & KYC new clients as they sign up
• Check documents and perform KYC process
• Preparing customer service reporting logs to improve customer experience
• Managing customer data and documents

Ideal person for the role:

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Highly adaptable & able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Available for min. 3 months internship (WFH)
• Can join immediately
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willing to work during shift mentioned above
