We are attracted to people who are/has:

• 5-10+ yrs of sales leadership experience managing a team of quota carrying sales people
• Has a strong drive for results
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Experienced in sales coaching and mentoring
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong engagement and communication skills
• Consultative selling experience
• Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment
• Is a trusted advisor to the customers and colleagues
• Prior experience working within the ERP space
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Strong business acumen
