SHOWROOM SUPERVISOR (BSD)

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master Degree Graduate (Major in architect, interior design, engineering or relevant fields is a plus)
• 5+ years experience working with interior design (especially kitchen) and architectural firms; respected relationships with key accounts are valuable to our consideration.
• Solid experience in Design & Production of furniture/cabinetry
• Good language skills in English, German language are an advantage
• Software knowledge for design & production
• Good computer skills with MS Office
• Hunter type mentality with a successful track record of meeting sales goals
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Strong Leadership ability, able to work independently or in team
• Continually drive effective results and outstanding problem-solving skills
• Used to work in tight deadline and under pressure & multi-task
• Mature and good team player
• Polished appearance and professional presentation skills
• Great attention to detail, highly organized yet able to see the “big picture”
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to succeed
