    Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • At least 1 year of training experience in Customer Service setting
  • Driven and motivated
  • Candidate with experience as teacher is preferred
  • Excellent communication capability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn


3. Product Management – Product Specialist – ShopeePay (Jakarta)
    Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience of product management or product owner.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Have strong willingness to learn.
  • Fast learner and good communicator.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity.
  • Can-do attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility


4. Operations – Customer Operations Real Time Floor Monitoring (Jakarta)
    Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma degree
  • Strong in data analytics and has good Ms. Excel skills
  • Good team player, has positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Driven and motivated
  • Previous relevant experience is a plus


5. Marketing – KOL Management (Jakarta)
    Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Having previous experience in managing KOL is preferred
  • Proven experience in handling broad range of talents (celebrities, artists, etc)
  • Familiar with digital campaign
  • Have broad network
  • Good English in oral and written (preferred)
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Excellent multitasking skills


6. People, Legal and Finance – IT Helpdesk (Jakarta)
    Requirements:

  • Willing to be placed in Sunter, Jakarta Utara
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS)
  • Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing fundamentals
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills to interact effectively at all levels
  • Ability to cover after-office hours and weekend support if there are any infrastructure issues
  • High-potential fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome


7. Business Development and Partnership (Jakarta)
    Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently finished a Bachelor/Diploma
  • Energetic, mobile, and fast learner
  • Able to comunicate in English, is preferred
  • Have a great interpersona and communication skill
  • Available for at least 3 months (longer are preferred) – start immediately


8. Marketing – Campaign Operations (Jakarta)
    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from recognized university
  • Background in communications/marketing is a plus
  • Experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management would be a plus
  • Excellent command of English
  • High attention to detail and strongly meticulous
  • Strong project management and execution abilities
  • Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
