[URGENTLY NEEDED] - CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR - Sojilabs Indonesia

We are currently looking for experienced Customer Service Supervisor for our company in South Jakarta.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) working experience in Sales - Tele sales /Telemarketing or equivalent and have experienced as Supervisor/Coordinator
  • Have experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System and SOP
  • Excellent managerial, communication and costumer service skills
  • Good English and computer skills


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring and authenticating returns, exchanges and voids
  • Overseeing and assessing customer service operator team performances and provide regular performance related feedback
  • Arrange the daily tasks and KPIs for the operator
  • Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
  • Training the operator staffs to improve the operator performances and overall company services
  • Making weekly reports
  • Performing other duties assigned by Dept. Manager and Managing Director
