Candidates must have the following experiences :

• Pre dominantly Western food and Asian cuisines
• Minimum 5 years worked in five star International hotels or upscale restaurants.
• Overseas experience is from advantage
• Good communication skill in English
• Team Leader and trainer
• HACCP certification knowledge
• Ability to work underpressure
• Flexible working hours required
• A deep understanding of cost management
