Stylish beachfront resort located in the heart of Sanur has a vacancy for the position of Food & Beverage Manager with extensive kitchen experience:

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

Qualification :

• Strong experience managing and leading operations in reputed fine dining restaurants and 5 Hotels (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge as a sommelier, creating Wine list, training other members to optimize sales.
• He / she should have a passion for luxury service and set up high standards amongst the Team.
• Supervising the service to achieve the levels of service set is a must.
• Finesse is a quality that is required Leadership is a skill that is a Must to guide team members to excellency.
• Excellent command of English, other languages a plus.
• Experience managing multi outlets offer.
• Ideally he/she has international exposure.
