Position :
1. Head of Sales and Marketing

Job Description :

• Control, supervise & grow sales & marketing team
• Create sales & marketing plans for corporate clients
• Increase brand awareness through online or offline marketing campaigns
• Partnership with companies to increase revenue from company events & workshops, including creating corporate packages
• Maintain good & trusting relationships with franchisors & owners

Job requirement :

• 10-15 years experience in Sales and Marketing in F&B or hospitality industries (B2B)
• Willing to work in Medan
• Detail-oriented & experienced in leading teams
• Strong analytical, organizational & creative thinking
• Experience using CRM
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Having an experience in wedding organization or event management is preferred
• Fluent in English since you will be dealing with expats
