Pastry Internship – two Michelin Stars Restaurant at Cocina Hermanos Torres Barcelona, B, Spain

An industrial-sized open kitchen is the centrepiece dining room at Cocina Hermanos Torres, the restaurant run by brothers Sergio and Javier Torres has been awarded with 2 Michelin Stars. Diners get up close and personal with the cald room, meat and poultry section and seafood and fish areas as the chefs work alongside them. There’s even an education room where up to 20 visitors can watch live cooking shows and trainings.

• Requirements: Monthly tips (Average of 120€ a month)
