Maya Resorts Bali is looking for a Corporate F&B Director to manage the operations and projects of its 2 properties. The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:

CORPORATE F&B DIRECTOR

• Experience in Indonesia is a must, preferably in Bali.
• You have vast experience in the luxury weddings segment, creating a full strategy from scratch.
• You have managed and delivered excellency in fine dining well known restaurants.
• Sommelier skills are required, from organizing wine cellar, training other members on selling techniques to create a consistent wine offer. You are a passionate for service and believe training, SOPS and supervision on the field are key to succeed and deliver consistency on a daily basis.
• Thinker, organiser, mature, positive by nature are part of your skills.
• You are hungry to grow professionally speaking.
