Position: Data Engineer Middle

Qualification:

• Major: Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Mathematics or Physics
• 3+ years of software development experience including 3+ years developing backend services Python or Java
• Experience with the JVM, tools, frameworks, languages (Python, Java, Scala, etc)
• Experience with event sourcing, streaming architectures, and implementations, big data stores, change data capture, and setting up complex real-time or batch data pipelines
• Experience designing data persistence and caching concepts using both SQL and NoSQL DBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Radis, etc)
• DevOps experience with knowledge on how to set up, configure and maintain a CI/CD pipeline (GitLab, Jenkins, concourse, etc)
• Excellent knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker)
