RESTAURANT CHEF

1. Bachelor’s Degree, or any related Culinary degree.
2. Minimum of 2 years of industry and culinary management experience.
3. Previous experience with food costing and controlling, cooking demonstration, menu development, pricing, and training of culinary team members.
4. Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
5. Passion for leadership and teamwork.
6. Excellent guest service skills.
7. Fluent in English both spoken and written is a must.
