Position: Senior Warehouse Supervisor (Code: MR.2740F)
Placement: Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia

We are a Japanese Contract Manufacturer currently looking for the best candidate to fill Warehouse Senior Supervisor to join our team! As a Senior Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work and maximizing the productivity of our warehouse. You will also focus on building a culture that supports high employee morale and ensures company policies and procedures are met.

Main responsibilities:

• To control the overall process in-store/warehouse.
• To organize the workflow and ensure that the employee understands their duties or delegated tasks.
• Receiving complaints and resolve the problem.
• Maintain timekeeping and personal being.

Main requirements:

• Female with strong character.
• Experience in warehouse management (manage people and manage inventory) a minimum of 3 years.
• Experience in operating SAP system for working a minimum of 2 years
• Fluent in English, writing and speaking, English for communication
• Education minimum D-3

Other requirements:

• Knowledge and experience with methods for process re-engineering.
• Ability to manage inventory.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team-player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Polite, innovative, work hard, smart, fast response.
