Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/Estimator
Timika, Expat, 12 months

• Reporting ensure robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at projects and business unit level
• Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place
• Carry out cost management including forecasting
• Update the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans and have accountability, along with the project team for the commercial performance and strategy processes
• Ensure that any main contracts entered into have terms and conditions that are appropriate with commercial risks identified
• Accurate monthly forecasting
• Ability to challenge resources and costs
• Maintaining deadlines in line with monthly commercial calendar
• Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• AutoCad.
• 5+ year(s) of working experience in Senior Quantity Surveying/Estimator
• Proficiency in local tendering and estimation experience
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in managing multiple projects within tight timeline.
• Building & Construction experience is added advantage
